Eco Three is a full service insulation provider. We do batts, blown fiberglass/cellulose, and foam. We also do vapor barrier installs in crawlspaces as well. I need insulation installer and potential crew leaders immediately. Working in this industry requires a tolerance for heat and challenging environments. No experience required, but as alwaysit's a plus.
If you have some experience as a sprayer, please apply. Your pay will reflect your experience, but there will be a field test to confirm credentials. Pay is hourly plus per gallon piece rate.
Fiberglass and crawlspace crew leaders are highly motivated individuals. If you have experience pushing a labor crew, please apply. Top production CL’s can average $25-28/hr on glass jobs with piece rate.
Requirements are as follows
- Baldwin County residents are preferred
- Reliable transportation a plus
- A clean driving record will make you eligible to use a company vehicle and a bump in pay
- Must be in excellent physical condition
We typically meet at the office in Fairhope most mornings around 7 am. Most days we finish around 2-3.
