Alabama Lawn Care Pros is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for two positions:
Lawn Maintenance Technician
Do you enjoy being outdoors and working hard? This is a labor-intensive role that requires being in great physical shape and adapting to the summer heat.
We are seeking individuals with:
Strong work ethic
Good character and integrity
A positive attitude
Punctuality and reliability
Compensation: Starting pay is $13 - $15 per hour, with weekly raises based on performance, attitude, and commitment to learning.
Requirements:
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job
Show up on time, every day
If you can’t commit to being on time daily, this job isn’t for you.
Crew Lead
We are also looking for a Crew Lead with previous experience in lawn care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized, punctual, and ready to take on leadership responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should:
Have prior experience in lawn care
Be well-organized and detail-oriented
Be punctual, drug-free, and maintain a positive attitude
Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Pay will be determined based on performance and proven capabilities. We’re willing to train the crew lead if they are a fast learner, have great leadership skills and a team first attitude.
