Full-time maintenance position open for a handy person WILLING TO WORK in a busy shop environment and be a team player. Duties include maintaining and cleaning shop and equipment; facility maintenance; landscaping and maintaining entire property; assisting mechanics in shop as needed; and detailing (hand wash and wax) of boats & RVs. Must be able to handle weather extremes; be physically agile in order to climb ladders and work on RV rooftops. Weight limits apply due to RV roof limits. Being mechanically inclined is a plus. Valid driver's license and transportation required. Priorities change quickly so must be flexible, willing to work hard, and help out where ever needed.
