General Contractor/Handyman for Property Preservation and Maintenance in (Mobile, Baldwin, Washington and Clarke) AL.

Skilled and experienced Independent contractors, Handymen, General contractors, for Property Preservation(Lawn Maintenance) and Maintenance services.
Job Description:
The works will be performed on the foreclosure properties, where vendors are responsible to take pictures while working at the property, for instance, before, during and after photos of the work, and full property condition pictures. Need to have knowledge of the app called PPW-Property Pres Wizard to make the operations more easier.
Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:
# Inspections
# Winterization
# Lock Changes
# Debris Removal/Trash out
# Eviction/Lock out
# Lawn Maintenance
# Janitorial Services/Maid Service
# Board-Ups
# Bidding
# Minor and Major Repairs
# Tree Trimming/Removal
#Mold Treatment
# Taking clear pictures.
