Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The individual should have a good work attitude and willing to learn. This role is essential in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. This position has potential to grow with the company.
Duties
Support the Operations Director with various tasks as assigned.
Tasks may include entering Sales orders & Work Orders for the Shop.
Send RFQ's and Follow up on Quotations, Issue Purchase Orders
Work as part of the team and foster a good culture.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for document creation, filing, and proofreading.
Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks.
learning of various tools as required to perform tasks assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities.
Prior Administrative experience is a plus
Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is a plus but not mandatory
Minimum High School Graduation. Associate or Undergraduate Degree is a plus.
