Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Seasonal Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, enjoys hands-on work, and can adapt as the seasons — and our inventory — change. Duties include greeting and assisting customers, stocking and organizing seasonal merchandise, setting up displays, unloading deliveries, and handling physical tasks such as lifting and moving plants, pumpkins, Christmas trees, and other seasonal items.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers to correct department or staff member
Help with store opening and closing duties
Stock shelves and merchandise seasonal items
Assist with setting up and maintaining seasonal displays
Help with receiving and unloading deliveries
Lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs), including plants, pumpkins, and trees
Maintain a clean, organized, and festive store environment
Support team members to ensure smooth seasonal operations
Follow all safety procedures, especially when handling large/heavy items
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-player mindset
No retail experience required — training provided
