We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter who excels in face-to-face and over the phone interactions. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, building connections and scheduling qualified appointments. This position is ideal for individuals who are persuasive communicators, thrive in direct engagement, and have a strong ability to turn conversations into opportunities.
Conduct in-person and over-the-phone outreach, engaging directly with potential customers in various locations
Build strong relationships and establish trust through friendly, professional interactions
Identify customer needs and effectively convey the value of our products and services at events and over the phone
Qualify prospects to ensure they meet attendance criteria and have a genuine interest in our services
Schedule appointments at events and in office, maintaining accurate records in our system
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine engagement strategies
Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor outreach approaches
Proven experience in appointment setting, direct sales, or in-person outreach
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to engage strangers effectively
Comfortable initiating conversations with potential customers in various settings
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for tracking appointments and follow-ups
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a positive, engaging experience for prospects
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic event management software is a plus
