Tindle Construction is looking for experienced a Commercial Painter.
Applicant must have at least 3+ years of experience to apply.
Must be able to pass an observed drug and alcohol screening
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or airless spray equipment
- Ensure proper coverage and finish quality
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Experience in epoxy 2 part paints
- Experience in painting drywall, metal doors
-Must know how to prep and cut in
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
