We’re a fast-paced landscaping company working in Baldwin and Mobile County looking for a reliable, Crew Leader to join our team! Most of our work is for tract home builders. Efficiency, motivation, professionalism, and jobsite awareness are a must.
What We’re Looking For:
Self Motivated – Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Leadership skills – Ability to manage and motivate a crew
Equipment operation – Skid steers, trenchers, etc.
Trailer handling – Confident in pulling and backing trailers
Problem solver – Able to troubleshoot jobsite issues quickly
Dependable and punctual – Must show up ready to work every day
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Experience in landscaping or construction environments
Strong communication skills
Able to work in all weather conditions
