What You Will Do
Responsible for executing corporate branding, marketing communications, website, social media, public relations, awards submissions, and management of digital assets for the brand. Supports brand consistency across departments, media platforms, digital and printed marketing collateral, advertising, events, and sponsorships.
Executes the strategic marketing plan consistent with company philosophy and corporate branding standards.
Ensures consistency of logo usage and corporate “look and feel” across all departments, business units and communication pieces.
Works collaboratively to maintain positive work relationships with internal and external clients to facilitate marketing communications designed to meet business goals.
Assists in the development of and executes detailed marketing tasks related to both new and ongoing internal and external initiatives designed to increase engagement.
Provides oversight for Caddell’s website, including periodic redesign and ongoing content updates.
Coordinates with vendors and oversees execution of platforms and processes for promotional items and project signage
Administers the marketing budget, looking for efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities within the department. Prepares and compiles special reports for annual marketing forecasts, in line with specified marketing objectives.
Acts as copy writer for marketing collateral, press releases, web content, videos, and presentations, etc. Assists with copy writing and editing for Caddell’s year-in-review publication as necessary.
Assists in the preparations of submissions packages for awards, including preparation of state and national project, corporate, individual and safety award submittals to include on-site interviews with Caddell/owner/user/subcontractor personnel, photography, writing, drafting letters of reference and all other requirements.
Assists executive team and brand director with appropriate presentations, literature, and corporate communications as requested.
Measures communications efforts for their efficacy and analyzes trends in results.
Assists with estimating subcontractor outreach events with appropriate materials, including Caddell logo giveaway items.
Represents Caddell at occasional tradeshows, special events and conferences.
Working Conditions – Office setting, minimal travel required, full time
