Join a dynamic team that is driving innovation in financial technology and making a meaningful impact.Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Engineer with a solid foundation in Computer Science and a track record of building robust automated testing solutions. This role is perfect for a skilled professional proficient in end-to-end testing using Cypress (TypeScript) and experienced in API automation with either PactumJS or Mocha framework, using JavaScript or TypeScript.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Cypress in TypeScript.

Design and execute API automation tests with PactumJS or Mocha, ensuring seamless integration and high reliability.

Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices and drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Manage test cases, track issues, and improve test coverage through SQL-based data validation.

Utilize GIT for version control and oversee CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for consistent and reliable test deployments.

Experience Requirements:Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Automation Expertise: Proficiency in Cypress (TypeScript) for UI automation and experience with API automation frameworks like PactumJS or Mocha.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation, experience with GIT for version control, and familiarity with CI/CD processes using Jenkins.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, adapt to agile methodologies, and actively contribute to continuous integration and deployment efforts.
