Drive, configure and enhance sap finance and costing solution: master data, transactional and reporting, ricefw leading the design, development, test, & production of sw tools/applications including application integrations between software tools
Implementing best practices for developing maintainable production ready software products
Performing application configuration changes to realize the software/process vision you & the team have created
Generating & managing product roadmaps/project plans that define & communicate and deliver on the future projected system/business capabilities
Coordinating & collaborating across multi-discipline/multi-organizational teams to understand key aspects of various subsystems, safety/audit requirements, & operational requirements
Participating in daily operations required to support customer needs (change control, support tickets, user training, etc)
Creating & maintaining comprehensive software documentation including, but not limited to: software requirements, software user guides, & software test plans
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing & supporting solutions in SAP S/4 Hana or SAP ECC. Need expertise in areas of FICO with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-value business outcomes
4-8 years of experience with FICO area
1-2 implementations with S/4 Hana architecture necessary, knowledge of ABAP de-bugging
3+ years experience with identifying, troubleshooting, & designing the required tools, processes, and training are available/effective & programs are supported to achieve success.
1+ years with Jira and leading stand-ups
2+ years with Agile development methods & scrum experience
Experience designing & developing maintainable production applications.
Ability to create, communicate, track & execute plans in a team environment
Prior exposure to working successfully in a highly collaborative environment, emphasizing rapid prototyping & fielding of capabilities
