Contract to HireResponsibilities:

• Demonstrating experience in Client handling and provide management status report and client deliverable status reports
• Demonstrating excellent leadership skills in driving the team to meet the schedule
• Monitoring and tracking test schedule, risks and test readiness
• Managing RTM, establishing Test Coverage and creating Test plans, Test Efforts & test schedule
• Experience in Test management using Azure DevOps for end-end test management, task tracking and defect management
• Mentoring and guiding team members and work with distributed/Remote teams
• Experience in testing Interfaces, reports, and Dashboards
• Experience in Performance testing tools and concepts
• Working experience in testing mobile applications and Webservice testing using SOAP and REST APIs

Requirements:

• Previous experience serving as a Quality Assurance Manager for a large scale or enterprise-wide application quality assurance/quality control project
• 10+ years of experience with software testing with 5+ years of Test Management experience.
• Experience in working with SNAP/TANF or Eligibility domain
• Software automation scripting experience in Selenium/TestNG using Java
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with SQL and web client technologies
• Bachelor's degree or related work experience
