The ideal candidate will provide consultation on complex projects and be the top-level contributor/specialist on the Air Force Maintenance Scheduling Module (MSM) located at Gunther Air Force Base.Primary DutiesReviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Write a detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps to develop or modify computer programs.Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, and operating time, and formulates desired scope results. Includes business and user needs analysis, documentation, and system requirement specifications. Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. Experienced working at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of applying technology to the current and future business environment.
