*The position is working temp on a week to week basis (Mon-Fri 8-5) must be available to start immediately
This position will entail doing the maintenance necessary to get the designated units ready for rental. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Some of the job responsibilities and requirements include:
General Responsibilities:
⢠Electrical work
⢠Plumbing Repairs
⢠Rough and Finish carpentry
⢠Full Apartment Painting
⢠Appliance and Furniture moving
⢠Gutting and trashing out storage and apartment units
⢠Completion of full vacant unit turn process
General Requirements / Qualifications
⢠Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred
⢠General building and grounds maintenance
⢠Knowledge painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
⢠A/C Certified Type I-II or Universal preferred
⢠Must have a positive attitude / good customer service
⢠Must have own tools and transportation
⢠Highly motivated and team-oriented personal style
⢠Open to change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
