About the Company
Hwashin America is a fast-growing automotive parts manufacturer and a Tier-1 supplier for Hyundai and Kia. We specialize in chassis and body components and are seeking motivated candidates to join our Quality team in Greenville, Alabama.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer quality issues (HMMA, Kaga, HMGMA, Mobis, VW, SESE)
Analyze and resolve in-house production quality issues
Prepare and manage daily and periodic quality documentation
Standardize quality documents and create/manage work instructions
Respond to customer audits (including VDA and new client audits) and internal audits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
Strong work ethic and communication skills in English (able to interact with customers and local staff)
Responsibility in analyzing customer issues and driving process improvement
Basic understanding of quality management systems
Experience in internal and customer audit responses
Understanding of products and manufacturing processes
Ability to manage nonconformance data and quality KPIs
