Regional Home Inspection company introducing a NEW DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE GRANT PROGRAM seeks individuals with a background in Sales, Customer Service or Telemarketing to assist future Home Buyers in qualifying for Down Payment Assistance.
Requirements:
* Must have a background in Sales, Customer Service or Telemarketing
* Must be comfortable with working independently
* Must have the discipline to work a scheduled shift remotely (From home)
* Must have a quiet work environment to operate from
* Must have a computer with unlimited Internet access
Responsibilities:
As a DPAGC (Down Payment Assistance Grant Coordinator) you will be answering incoming calls from individuals that have indicated an interest in obtaining Down Payment Assistance. You will educated the candidates of the requirements that they must meet for eligibility and in a step-by-step manner assist them in gathering the items necessary to qualify for funding.
Training:
Once selected you will be provided access to the training documents and will be compensated for 3 hours (estimated time to complete training) after you have demonstrated competency in understanding and delivering the Grant requirements to a potential candidate.
The Commitment:
As a DPAGC you will work in 4 hour shifts. We require that you be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week (12 hours minimum per week) However, you may work up to six shifts per week (maximum of 24 hours per week)
Business Hours:
Our normal business hours are:
Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sat 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Shifts:
Monday -Friday
A. 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
B. 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
C. 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays
D. 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
E. 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Compensation:
You will be paid a fee of $9.00 to $17.50 for each applicant that completes the qualification process.
*GUARANTEED INCOME
In order to qualify for the GUARANTEED $450.00 you must process a minimum of 30 applicants per week.
