This is a business opportunity. We hire sub-contractors to perform roof inspections. We supply leads (typically between 3-10 leads per week). You let us know your availability during the week. You have the option to perform other home inspections or continue with your own business adventures during your unavailable time frames. The pay structure for the leads we provide is towards the end of the description.

Requirements of a Roof Inspector / Ladder Assist
Capable of getting on steep & high roofs
Capable of setting up a 32-foot extension ladder
Have or be willing to purchase a truck or SUV year 2000 or newer
Ability (or capable to learn) to sketch and measure roof structures.
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Must have or be willing to purchase a computer and smart phone
Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
Driven to fulfill customers' needs
Must be willing to obtain industry standard certification over time; already possessing certifications is a plus
You must be willing to travel within a 100 mile radius of your location.
Additionally, training will be in Charlotte, North Carolina for a two week period. You will be paid $400 per week for training while you are in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, our company will cover the cost of the hotel while you are here. You will be responsible for travel to/from Charlotte, NC and any other expenses while you are here, including, but not limited to, food and fuel. During your second week of training, you will be performing inspections under a senior inspector, make sure you are able to cover your fuel for this week. Also, keep in mind, you will be paid per week while in Charlotte and do not qualify for the commission based pay for the inspections performed while you are working at our headquarters location.
100% Commission Based for a Roof Inspector / Ladder Assist
$100 for each inspection
$50-$75 for each steep charge
$75 for each tarp remove & reset charge
$150 base rate for each tarp installation
Additional compensation may apply based on specific circumstances. Quantity of inspections can vary with the average full-time position see approximately 3-10 inspections a week.
The Adjuster / Roof Inspector / Ladder Assist position is an offer to be an independent contractor for Trinity Inspections LLC.
