DescriptionSAIC is seeking a Division Manager to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Revolutionary IT Services (RITS) program to manage service delivery and team members across numerous and geographically dispersed sites, as well as maintain excellent customer relationships.JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serve as the primary point of contact for USACE customers across a large geographical region and interface with primary customer such as Division IT Chiefs, District IT Chiefs and USACE District Commanders within their region
Coordinate escalations across the enterprise to support service delivery
Responsible for the overall satisfaction of the customers, cost control, and ensuring the quality of services provided in their region
Directly responsible for the management of personnel operating in dispersed teams within their area of responsibility, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are communicated and followed
Establishes priorities, clarifies responsibilities, eliminates duplication, and resolves conflicts in close coordination with customers within their region
Reviews policy, procedures, and processes to increase program effectiveness and service delivery
Communicate effectively to set expectations and ensure a thorough understanding of issues, progress, and change
Reviews and manages allocated budget for assigned resources. Monitors budget execution to identify and report potential shortfalls and or overages
QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and nine (9)+ years’ of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
Knowledge and understanding of IT Infrastructure Management to include servers, workstations, networks, telecommunications and ticket management systems such as ServiceNow
Must possess the technical skills, experience, and leadership necessary to make decisions that will ensure contractual and customer commitments are met or exceeded on a consistent basis
Experience managing personal budgets
Experience leading and managing personnel (20 or more)
Excellent customer interaction and relationship skills
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain
Must be a current US Citizen
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior USACE/ACE-IT experience or Army Signal experience desired
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundation certification is a plus
Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
