DescriptionSAIC is hiring a Senior Cloud Computing Engineer for the Cloud One Engineering DevSecOps Team.This team is responsible for the architecture, engineering and sustainment of AF Cloud Engineering platform currently deployed on AWS Cloud. This work supports the Cloud One Engineering program under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI). Cloud One is an existing global, interconnected, virtualized, hybrid, and IT infrastructure hosting mission systems, applications, services, and data serves the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and other Government Customers. Cloud One facilitates the Government's efforts to migrate applications to a cloud environment, allowing the closure of data centers to support the Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) and allowing for increased efficiencies across the entire spectrum of the USAF operations. This position is 100% remote within the US.QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience. Masters and three (3) years or more experience.related experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Interim Secret clearance; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
Security + or equivalent certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience with: AWS, Networking, VPNs, IaaS, PaaS, SQL, storage, Terraform, Ansible, Jira, Confluence
Knowledge of working with DevSecOps tool chains
Experience preparing technical documentation
Software patching to address and fix vulnerabilities
Configure switches and firewalls
GitLab knowledge
Configure VPN access
DESIRED SKILLS:
Zero trust architectures
AWS Workspaces or experience deploying VDI solutions to AWS Cloud
AF Cloud One or Platform 1 development, engineering, operations and sustainment.Desired experience installing DE
tools including Cameo, SPARX, MathWorks, and AFSIM
In-depth understanding of, and experience as a cloud engineer with AWS, Networking, VPNs, IaaS, PaaS, SQL, storage,Azure AD, F5, Barracuda
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000.
