Actively interviewing! Industrial site laborer/manufacturer needed.
The work includes:
Light demolition work
Concrete mixing and pouring
Using a variety of tools to install plastic and other materials.
Accurately set up precast molds.
Ensure both internal and outside customer demands are met in a timely manner.
Maintain physical condition and cleanliness of work area.
Ensure proper use of equipment and required PPE is worn at all times (provided).
Requirements:
Maintain regular, consistent, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
Actively and positively participate in problem resolution, demonstrating constructive communication, timely response, and effective resolution skills.
Work effectively within team environments both within your department and across the organization.
Cooperate and comply fully with all policies and procedures, especially safety.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Preferred:
OSHA 10 Certification
Forklift Certification
Welding
Construction experience
Sitework experience
Schedule:
This will be 7-day work weeks running 12-hour shifts (some flexibility). GREAT opportunity to make some GREAT money. (OT paid after 40 hours).
Contract-to-hire: If you like the work and would like a chance to become a permanent employee there is opportunity to do so if you have good attendance and work ethic, and are open to and comfortable with travel to other states (the client works on projects across the country!).
