The primary role of the CRM System Analyst is to ensure efficient and effective utilization of the MS Dynamics platform for all users across Neptune. He or she will capture user requirements and translate them into actionable specifications and solutions. He or she will drive resources to deliver solid solutions in a timely manner and analyze configuration and make recommendations on best practices and process improvements. The CRM System Analyst will work with Data Governance to manage the quality and consistency of data. The CRM System Analyst will work with end-users, technical resources, and project teams to integrate MS Dynamics with Neptune internal systems, third party applications, and Neptune commercially offered systems.RESPONSIBILITIES:Data IntegrityRuns and reviews reports to identify data quality issues, investigates root causes of the issues, and works both individually and with others to implement corrective actionCommunicates with business teams on a regular basis to ensure clean data for use across all areas of the organization and to support organization initiativesAdministration, Training, and SupportWorks internally with CRM Product Owner and IT Development and Applications resources to support the translation of business requirements into functional specificationsPromotes user adoption of MS Dynamics through Tier 1 support and training activitiesProvides timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders (including sales, marketing, and other departments) to support effective business decision makingResearch tools/vendors/solutions in support of business requirementsDrive QualitySupports testing efforts, working closely with both development and business process owners to create test cases/scenarios and design adequate testing methodologiesOther Duties as AssignedMinimum Work Experience:2 years of experience in a CRM and/or analytical roleExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, including presentationsStrong analytical and conceptual skillsComfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to make trade-offsAble to work under pressure, multi-task, and manage changing priorities and workloadCustomer-centric: excellent team player, able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teamsAdditional Desired Skills:MS Dynamics Certified Administrator desired/preferred or candidate is willing to pursueEducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar technical fieldLocation: Duluth, GA or Tallassee, AL (some travel required between locations)Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
