Description We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our client's team in TALLASSEE, Alabama, United States. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be involved in complex financial analysis, data mining techniques, budget processes, capital management, and business systems.Responsibilities: Conduct complex financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts Utilize data mining techniques to gather relevant financial data Manage and oversee the budget processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Implement and monitor capital management strategies to maximize efficiency Operate and manage business systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze financial information for the organization Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.Requirements Proven experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst Proficient in business systems and data mining techniques Knowledge of budget processes and capital management Ability to perform complex financial analysis Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
