Department Supervisor will report directly to the controller.
In this role you will lead and develop the IT team reports directly to the Controller.: Lead and develop the IT team, create IT strategy, Formulate & evaluate and improve processes and procedures. In this role you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving business applications/ systems and charged with increase profitability. You will also- Maintain and monitor hardware, maintain and monitor software and assure that the business unit is meeting all reliability and security requirements.
Serve as project manager and POC for cross departmental. and team collaboration. Communicate effectively regarding status of projects, service requests, and planning for future hardware and software needs.
Experience in management/ team lead.
Preferred: Manufacturing experience.
Project Management experience.
