I am looking for a very experienced contractor to fix homes and be team lead. Pay starts at $175 - $200/ per day & if you perform well it can be increased.
I expect you to know all parts of a remodel - Electric, Plumbing, interior and Exterior. Any problem that comes up you should know how ti fix it no matter how big or small. We work on Mobile Homes only and we have enough work to last someone for the Entire 2025.
Please do not waste my time, if you are not capable and experienced, when the team tells me you can't do things, we will let you go on day 1. I am posting this ad with full transparency so only someone who can actually do the work responds. Yes you will have to travel 2-3 hours for each job site that we have. We work from 8/9am until Sundown. We want each home fixed in 1 - 3 days - fully gutted homes we understand will take more time.
Again, please only call me if you are fully capable as you will be wasting your time if you contact me, go out to job site as soon as the manager lets me know you cannot perform, we will let you go. I am looking to build a team of 3-5 elite guys to travel and fix these homes for us
