Vie at University Downs is a 430 bed student housing community. We are looking for temporary help July and August to assist with TURNOVER of units. The individual must be able to lift/move at least 50 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours). This work will include moving furniture across blds with 3 flights of stairs, moving appliances, cleaning, painting, picking up grounds to keep community clean, and other exterior and interior apt work. This individual must be able to withstand heat as most of the time will be spent outside or moving from unit to unit. This individual may not have any obligations between July 31st and August 17th. We will not be able to accommodate any requested days off between this time period.
Individuals with general maintenance experience or knowledge is a plus.
This position will pay $8/hour. Help is needed starting immediately - end of August (or when school starts if you are a student).
