Responsibilities:
- Rent Collection: Ensure timely rent collection from tenants, including sending friendly reminders and making phone calls as needed.
- Tenant Management:Assist with move-ins and move-outs, address park issues, and enforce community rules diligently.
- Maintenance Support: Coordinate repairs with contractors, and maintain detailed records of maintenance requests.
- Communication:Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, update contact information, and manage tenant communications effectively.
- Weekly Reports: Produce and submit weekly reports detailing new issues in the park, along with bi-weekly videos for record-keeping.
Additional Requirements:
1. Experience in an Independent Position: Previous experience in roles where autonomy and self-management were crucial is preferred.
2. Background and Drug Test: Must be able to pass background and drug tests as part of the hiring process.
3. Property Management Experience:Experience in property management is highly advantageous.
4. Rule Enforcer:Ability to prioritize rule enforcement over being a people pleaser.
5. Detail-Oriented and Organized: Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Technology and Sales Skills: Proficiency in using technology tools like Buildium and Google Drive, as well as sales skills, are beneficial.
7. Coachability: Must be open to feedback and willing to learn and adapt as needed.
