1. Grounds Crew / Cemetery Operations
Full-time
Ideal candidates can:
Operate a backhoe safely and confidently
Drive a ½-ton pickup truck and pull an equipment trailer
Lift up to 100 lbs as needed
Work outdoors in all weather
Interact professionally and respectfully with visiting families
Maintain a positive attitude and take pride in quality work
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes responsibility seriously, and values being part of a team that serves families with dignity.
2. Sales Counselor (Pre-Need & At-Need)
Full-time — Excellent Income Potential
We are seeking a talented, compassionate sales professional with experience in:
Insurance, automotive, real estate, or consumer-facing sales
Making outbound calls and inviting families in for appointments
Following up via phone/email consistently
Keeping accurate records and notes
Providing patient, understanding guidance to grieving families
Helping families plan ahead for an inevitable and difficult time
High integrity, professionalism, and emotional maturity are essential. This role is deeply rewarding for the right person.
3. Sales Manager
Experienced leadership candidates are encouraged to apply.
We’re growing and may also consider a supervisory or assistant manager role for the right applicant with a strong sales and leadership background.
