Job Description:
Outfitter / Rental Attendants: General duties: Duties include retail sales, operating the cash register, rentals, stocking merchandise, inventory, moving kayaks and equipment, customer service and pickup delivery services to airport and hotels. Checking customers in /out. Rental attendants - also clean & maintain gear, update maintenance logs.
Rental Outfitters & Attendants: Duties include customer service, renting kayaks, paddleboards, etc and bikes, moving rental equipment, basic instruction, and giving customers safety overview. This position also cleans, checks gear for quality, wear tear and updates maintains maintenance records as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for outdoor enthusiasts to join our team.
Previous work experience in the outdoor / recreation industry preferred.
Previous retail, travel or tourism industry experience preferred.
Personal outdoor experience & knowledge in at least 1 area is essential. Must be able to lift 50-60 pds: heavy objects - team lift.
Applicants must be reliable, detail oriented, honest, and professional. Weekend availability is required.
