Well established, fast paced and customer focused veterinary clinic in Eagle River is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Office Manager. Ravenwood veterinary clinic is known for providing excellent customer service while caring for multiple species of pets. We are looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented, organized professional with compassion to deliver first-class client service while overseeing office administration!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Effectively handle client complaints and grievances

• Provide exceptional customer service

Administration:

• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail

• Office Supply Management

• Administration of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports

Finance:

• QuickBooks proficiency

• Oversee and reconcile the Petty Cash fund

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

• Reconciliation/Collections

Human Resources:

• Assisting in Payroll, Health Insurance, & Workers Comp administration

Operations:

• Spearhead and oversee Building Maintenance

• Collaboratively assist in managing daily operations

• Serve as Point of Contact for Vendors and Advertisers (Public Relations)

Qualified individuals will have experience and competencies in the following areas:

• Bachelors of Business or Finance with 1 year of applicable experience, or Associates in Business or Finance with 3 years' applicable experience

• Must be proficient in basic use and troubleshooting of standard office machines (fax, printers, credit card terminals, scanners, copiers, etc.)

• Must have a high level of computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office, Quickbooks)

• Must have exceptional attention to detail, must be articulate, and must be grammatically and spelling proficient

• Must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, confidence, and have an overall great attitude

• Cash and Credit Card handling experience

• Excellent customer service skills

• Refined interpersonal and telephone communication skills

You must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and be able to walk and stand for three hours per day.

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
