duties:
Determine objectives of projects, based on the concepts and
nature of unprocessed data, and the processes required to
support the organization and resolution of connected
technological issues.
Oversee the creation of general utility routines and systems,
and independently develop the more complex routines and detailed
sequences of internal program logic by coding, testing, and
debugging.
Provision new desktops and servers; image and scan technology
for vulnerabilities, and apply security updates; and maintain
documentation of all programs and systems.
Provide technical assistance to other IT specialists and end
users via telephone, email for internally developed
applications, Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software,
diagnosing of hardware issues, and providing general user
support.
