Some of the skills and qualifications we are looking for:
Previous kitchen supervisory experience.
Have and maintain a current ServSafe Certification.
Knowledgeable in a variety of cooking techniques and flavors.
Experience training kitchen staff.
High level of reliability and communication.
An attitude that is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
In this position, a few of your responsibilities will include:
Supervise staff and provide corrective instruction where needed.
Actively run the kitchen, ensuring timely and quality food.
Make and oversee staffing adjustments to fit the needs of daily business and labor targets.
Ensure compliance with state and local health codes.
Train kitchen staff to properly use order forms, waste logs, temp sheets, and inventory forms. Monitor for accuracy and consistency regularly.
Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect.
