Job Summary: We are looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic kitchen team! We have openings for Dishwashers, Line Cooks, and Prep Cooks. These positions play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Whether you're cleaning dishes, preparing ingredients, or cooking meals, you'll be a key part of delivering a fantastic dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwasher: Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils.
Ensure the dishwashing area remains clean and organized.
Maintain a constant flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware for the kitchen staff.
Assist with garbage removal and recycling duties.
Ensure proper cleaning of kitchen equipment and work areas.
Line Cook: Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
Work on the line during meal service to cook food to order.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
Assist in the preparation and portioning of ingredients as necessary.
Prep Cook:Prepare and cut vegetables, meats, and other ingredients for daily use.
Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready for the line cooks.
Maintain a clean and organized prep station.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Help with other kitchen tasks as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Dishwasher: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Line Cook:
Proven experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role preferred.
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety.
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow recipes and ensure high-quality food preparation.
Prep Cook: Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and prep ingredients efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
