We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead a team of 7 - 9 staff members at a hotel in downtown Anchorage. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of the hotel, including understanding all systems and procedures, and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of same. You will be the primary leader overseeing front desk, night audit, housekeeping, inventory, supplies, guest satisfaction, internet reservations, updates to GDS, travel agent interactions, group reservations, and creating a positive work environment. You will be working in collaboration with the owner and accounting members of the company to ensure the smooth operations of the hotel, and in setting financial goals.
