Spenard Roadhouse is looking for a manager to join our Front of House team. This is a full time position which will oversee various shifts, Weekend and Evening availability is a must. We are looking for a person with a strong attention to detail to ensure that service runs smoothly and efficiently, and that our staff and guests are taken care of. Other job duties would include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating a skilled and productive front of house team.
Qualified applicants will have:

Strong leadership and communication skills
An ability to adapt and remain positive in a constantly changing work environment
Great time management and organizational skills
At least 2 years front of house restaurant experience
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time
Experience using POS systems and cashier experience preferred
Current ServSafe Certification or Municipality of Anchorage approved Food Worker Card
TAP card (Training for Alcohol Professionals)
At least 21 years of age
