The Victory Cafe will be opening in the Nesbett Courthouse basement this month! We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present food items in accordance with recipes and standards.
Ensure that food is prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and handling of food.
Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous cooking experience in a similar setting preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Hours: 6:30-3:00pm (can discuss)
