A Local family owned and operated business is looking for a person to fill one of our maintenance positions in Eagle River. You must be always on time, bright, self motivated, honest, and willing to be a team player. You also must be willing to learn and get trained on any aspect of the job you are not familiar with.The right candidate needs to be able to lift over 30lbs and be able to do snow removal in all its forms(shoveling, sanding, plowing). Snow plowing experience not a must but very helpful. Besides performing inside and outside building maintenance, janitorial chores, and out side seasonal maintenance, you will also be doing some office work. Must be willing to do light computer work and answer phones in a professional way to assist customers in all their needs while using our facility. No tools needed we provide all that.

40 hrs per week Tuesday to Saturday - 9AM - 6PM
Must have a valid driver's license(no DUIs). You also must have your own vehicle.
