Denali Drilling, Inc. is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. This is a one-person front office position which requires the ability to handle a wide range of office tasks for day-to-day operations and be a full charge bookkeeper. This position is for in-office work only.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and emails, manage records (filing), keep business and equipment licensing up to date, make travel arrangements, administrative assistance to company owners, read and understand contracts, bookkeeping/payroll.
Previous Experience:
Ability to multitask, knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), QuickBooks Pro Plus, detail oriented.
