1. Answering calls and taking detailed messages
2. Strong Time management and ability to prioritize work
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Other duties to include:
Invoice processing
Data Entry
Filing
Office Supply maintenance
Other duties as assigned

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Organizational Skills
Excellent Phone Presence
Legible Handwriting
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
