We are a family centered health care clinic and welcome patients of all ages!

We offer four distinct services, each with a particular therapeutic approach that stands on its own and works synergistically together with the others.
Chiropractic works with the joints of the spine and extremities to restore movement and alignment and promote healthy nervous system function.
Acupuncture works with the electromagnetic energy of the body, the energy that animates us, called Qi, or chi in Chinese medicine. Acupuncture provides stimulation to improve flow and balance of the energy system.
Therapeutic massage works to relieve tension and stress in muscles, improve circulation and free up movement in the body.
Rolfing works with the fascia that encases the muscles and organs and forms a network throughout the body. Rolfing focuses on releasing patterns of tension that bind and distort movement and function.
Potion Overview:
The front Desk/Reception Position is, quite literally, the face and pulse of our clinic! You are in a unique, and vital, role to engage with patients and make them feel welcome and prepared for their healing journey with us.
This position requires an extroverted and friendly natured individual that can thrive with little supervision and is able to multitask, but always keep the patient experience as the main focus.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Communicate with patients to set up and schedule optimal appointment times
Gather and track medical information from patients
Organize and input data into electronic health records
Collect and record patient payments
Inquire and process patients’ health insurance
Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks
Communicate with providers to ensure patients are helped and everyday tasks are accomplished
Track Vendor invoices and ensure accuracy of billing
Communicate with Medical Biller to ensure all claims are processed timely and correctly
Understand and maintain HIPAA regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Efficient problem solver
Knowledge of medical language and health insurance plans
A high school diploma or GED
Previous medical office or receptionist experience…but would train the right person
Experience with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office
