Fast paced, busy electrical company seeking Office Assistant/Receptionist
Our organization is looking for an organized, outgoing Office Assistant/Receptionist. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and scheduling. You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies and material for jobs. Since you will be the first person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain a professional appearance at all times.
This position will require someone who is upbeat and has the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
Office Assistant/Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and take messages
Manage mail correspondence
Greet clients and visitors
Assist with scheduling
Assist with invoicing
Assist with job counts
Perform data entry and filing tasks
Manage inventory of office supplies & shop supplies
Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Additional tasks assigned by managers
Office experience is not required, but preferred. Pay is DOE. Temporary full time position with the possibility of continued employment.
