Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for contacting consumers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payment arrangements or payment in full where possible.
Core work schedule is full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hrs/week. Our office environment is business casual with telephone and face-to-face customer interaction, so a professional presentation is required. Position starts at $16.00 per hour PLUS commission, extensive training, positive team-environment, and benefits which include paid vacation and sick time, a medical/dental/vision plan, 401k and employee stock.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate the skills to achieve monthly goals; possess effective, professional and clear communication skills; work well in a fast-paced, team environment while engaging and positively influencing peers around you; be driven and highly self-motivated; possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must have high school diploma or GED and be 18 years of age or older; must be dependable and able to work 40 hrs/week, Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm with the possibility of an adjusted schedule when necessary.
