We are currently interviewing for entry level and management positions.
Position is within in a Union Benefits Insurance company that has been located in Alaska since 1992, and has been in business since 1924 started in Texas. All available positions are full time, benefits are through the union after 90 days for families and individuals.
Entry level position entails processing applications and complying with client privacy HIPPA laws, making phone calls to members upon their request to be contacted, set appointments and set meetings on a daily basis.
Supervisory positions must complete a 90 days probationary period and training in order to be most proficient in the position. Supervisors are to manage between 2 and 6 entry level positions to be able to process paperwork in a timely manner. Weekly reports and daily report management, direct management meetings, and office meetings weekly. Directly responsible to track and direct growth of the office and the supervision of customer relations.
The right candidate will have a positive attitude, and do what needs to be done when it needs to be done, lead by example and always be willing to help others.
