Pinnacle Construction Inc is an Anchorage based General Contractor and specialty contractor installing commercial fueling systems and providing maintenance of fueling systems as well. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to add to our team.
As a Project Manager, you may be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Prefer a degree or working on a degree in Construction Management or related field.
Experience in construction management desired but also willing to train the right person.
Experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong management skills, including being able to manage multiple projects.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Problem solving skills.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Estimating experience is also a plus.
Must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screen
Responsibilities
Manage the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of projects
Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and
within budget
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within
budget
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, issues, and risks
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Manage project budgets and ensure that all costs are accounted for and within budget
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that projects meet or exceed quality standards
Manage project documentation and ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
