Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored HVAC solutions to meet customers' home comfort needs.
Lead the sales process from consultation to post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
Participate in sales activities to drive business growth.
Overcome objections and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient completion of work orders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of HVAC sales experience preferred.
Must have own vehicle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Clean driving record and drug-free
Professional appearance and demeanor
