Skilled/Lead Carpenter (Anchorage Location) – Join Our Team!

Are you a skilled carpenter looking for a rewarding opportunity? Our Alaskan-owned Construction/Restoration company that has been serving Alaskans for more than 50 years, has an immediate opening for talented individuals like you.
About us: We specialize in restoring homes and commercial properties after disasters such as fire, wind, earthquake, and water/mold damage. Our portfolio also includes home improvement, residential and commercial remodels, additions and various services. We provide emergency services 24/7, requiring a rotational schedule for after-hours availability.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on construction experience across multiple phases.
Proficiency in demo, framing, finish, flooring, drywall, paint, window & door installation, etc. Experience in fire & water restoration a plus.
Must reside in Anchorage due to on-call rotation requirement.
Ability to follow instructions from Project Leads, Project and Production Managers, and other high-level managers.
Independent work capability and strong teamwork skills.
Leadership and mentoring abilities for lower-level carpenters and laborers.
Commitment to safety, using provided safety equipment.
Must have own tools and an insured vehicle for work.
Current driver license with a good driving record.
Successful completion of post-offer drug screening (heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine) and background screening (no felonies and any misdemeanor convictions must be discussed with Human Resource Director to ensure contract compliance)
