Job Description
The Lead Teacher's role involves building a strong teaching team, organizing the curriculum, and overseeing the daily operations of the classroom. It is crucial for teachers to have a deep understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to create a safe and stimulating environment where children are motivated to thrive. Effective communication with both children and adults is essential for the Teacher to cater to the children's needs, provide guidance to teacher's aide, and address any concerns from parents.
Teacher's Aide (PT/FT)
Job Description
The teacher's aide is there to support the main teacher and lend a hand around the center whenever necessary.
The teacher's aide needs to be good at keeping an eye on the children, making sure they're safe and healthy, staying in touch with parents, and playing a role in the smooth running of the whole center. The aide answers to both their lead teacher and the director.
