Busy, locally owned shop that has been in business for 20 years. Work on mostly domestic and Asian vehicles. Very little diesel repair. Family atmosphere. Shop that cares for its customers. We are looking for people that are willing to work hard and value having time off to experience Alaska.
Located in the industrial area of Fairbanks. Shop is open Monday through Friday. Major holidays are off with pay.
Skills needed:
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and diagrams to be able to diagnose most vehicles. Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills to be able to handle work efficiently.
Ability to work independently.
Communication skills to be able to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
