Seeking a full-charge bookkeeper. Organization skills with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent judgment and initiative, attention to detail and effective communication skills are important qualifications for this position.
Duties of this position will include, but are not limited to, recording all financial transactions, preparing monthly accounts reconciliations, processing accounts payable and payroll, filing tax reports, overseeing and processing accounts receivables, coordinating and assisting with human resource functions, and assisting with financial research.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent. An Associates or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred.
Five years of experience in recording accounts payables and receivables in QuickBooks. A bookkeeping certificate is preferred.
Five years of demonstrable PC and data entry experience, including advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Valid State Drivers License and insurability on auto liability policy.
Ability to pass a background check, physical assessment and drug testing upon start of employment.
