Hiring for the 2024 Tour Season!
End of April - End of September (flexible start & end dates)
As a TEMSCO Administration Assistant/Receptionist you will handle tour bookings through initial inquiries to completion via FareHarbor, our booking software. You will also assist in day-to-day base operations with independent bookings. This is a seasonal position from May to September. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service over phone and email
- Answer travel agent and potential guests’ questions and availability inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Create and maintain daily paperwork: which includes checking guests in, collecting payment, and providing the dispatch team with accurate end of day guest totals
- Assist expeditors in creating and maintaining their daily driving schedule
- Clerical work including data entry and reconciliation reports

Salary: Starting at $17/hr + Overtime + End of Season Bonus
